When committing to an appointment time, we hold that time for you in good faith, and trust that you have also held that time for us.

To further assist with you keeping that appointment with us, we will send you a courtesy reminder of your appointment via SMS or email 2-3 days prior to your scheduled time. 


Please note that we strictly require a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

This allows us time to offer this appointment to someone that's on our waitlist. 

Any changes to Tuesday appointments need to be made by 1pm Saturday to allow us enough time to contact those on our waitlist.



We require all appointments to be secured with a $50 deposit payable at the time of booking.



Failing to show up will result in the full amount being forfeited and future appointments will require full prepayment.


Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards can be redeemed towards any product or service at skin and beauty bar. Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for any other legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card or gift card). Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are the equivalent of cash. If lost or stolen, cards will not be replaced. Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are non-refundable. Your Gift Card or e-Gift Card will come with a 3 year expiry date from the date of purchase, this is not retrospective. Expired Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards do not retain any value. skin and beauty bar reserves the right to change services without notice. Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards must be presented upon arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee being charged to the Gift Card(s) or e-Gift Card(s). e-Gift Cards are automatically emailed to the requested email address. A delivery fee of $10 (flat rate) applies to all Gift Cards mailed to an address within Australia. Gift Cards redeemed for treatments on a Sunday may incur a surcharge.
