SPRING CLEAN YOUR GUT


The gut plays a key role in the skin and inflammatory responses. as the skin has it's own microbiome, an imbalance of your gut can lead to an imbalance in your skin.

A variety of factors can affect the health of your gut, such as: stress, poor diet, medication and sleep.


As you might have seen Jess and Jacqui did the Regul8 digestive tune up at the end of July.

What is Regul8?

MAINTAIN ~ SEED

Rebalance the good bacteria cultures and provides them with the appropriate environment to flourish.


Maintain contains traditional ingredients used to restore, rebalance, and cultivate healthy microflora in the digestive system and provide enhancement for the activity of probiotics in the gastrointestinal system.


This combination of formulas is designed to deliver exactly what the name suggests, a tune up for the digestive system, from cleanse to the maintenance of the new healthy levels of nutrients in the body that aid digestive and gastrointestinal health. 

 

WAYS TO SPRING CLEAN YOUR MIND

  • Meditate it calms and clears the mind.

  • Set two goals you would like to achieve this week

  • Go for a walk - remember max an hour.

  • Write in a journal or do a brain dump

  • Go to bed 30 minutes earlier than normal

  • Make a gratitude list - start with 3 things your grateful for.

  • Take a long bubble bath

  • Catch yourself out on negative talk

  • Get creative
